Getting our skin prepped and primed for summer at the best of times is something to consider; however, during the lockdown, we’ve not been able to give our skin those vital in-clinic treatments to keep it in tip-top condition through the winter and springtime.

At The London Cosmetic Clinic, we offer Obagi peels to prepare your skin for device-led and injectable treatments. The Obagi Radiance Peel is composed of salicylic acid, which is used to deeply exfoliate the skin. This peel is perfect for spring and summer as it’s less intense than a deep peel, so not likely to increase issues with sun sensitivity or hyperpigmentation due to sun exposure. Of course, we still highly recommend that you use a high-factor SPF at ALL times to protect your skin from the sun and especially after any peel. We recommend The Obagi Radiance Peel for superficial skin problems such as fine lines and wrinkles, mild to moderate sun damage, uneven skin tone and texture, as well as acne and acne scarring. There may be some slight redness after your Obagi Radiance Peel, so a rich moisturiser, as well as a high-factor SPF, is advised after the treatment. An Obagi Radiance Peel can be a one-off treatment, but a course is recommended for best results.
Morpheus8 device-led skin treatment
Morpheus 8 is an in-clinic treatment available here at The London Cosmetic Clinic. It combines radiofrequency (RF) technology along with fractional micro pins (medical microneedling). These pins inflict minuscule micro-injuries into the skin, which stimulate a natural healing response. It’s a prescribed range of products, therefore only available from medically qualified professionals. Obagi-C Rx contains prescription-strength hydroquinone as well as potent vitamin C. The system is ideal for the following skin concerns:
